About keith Peddie
Keith Peddie, The English Inspector, covers an inspection territory
30 miles from the center of Greensboro North Carolina. Keith is
a licensed Greensboro North Carolina home inspector, specializing
in home inspections, mold inspections, real estate inspections,
water, lead, and radon testing.
After
many years of house and restaurant renovation in London, UK, Keith
came to this country in early 1981. Finding that there were few
inspectors operating here, he started home and commercial inspections
in June 1981, under the name Building Inspection Services. Keith
has always believed that the client needs a full statement of
the faults found in the house he is buying or selling
Since 1981, Keith has taught courses on inspecting houses, run
an ad hoc school for inspectors, written
three books about inspections and the inspection profession
and has lectured many different groups on a variety of allied
subjects. Keith is accredited to instruct Real Estate Agents on
the home inspection process.
Initially real estates agents would constantly ask whether Keith had any state licenses and so, during the early '80s, he acquired North Carolina licenses in plumbing, electrical, heating & cooling and general contracting.
Keith Peddie, is a founding member and past president of the NCLHIA (North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector Association.) The English Inspector is a licensed Greensboro home inspector. Keith's motto is, "Service always service"!
The
English Inspector has completed in excess of 10,000 inspections!
Over the years, Keith has learned that every house has problems. In fact, if
he does not find repairs equaling or exceeding the cost of the basic report
(not including additional testing) the inspection is free!
Every house is inspected. By an inspector before you buy and the seller can
help with the repairs. Or after you buy, when any repairs you find will be
paid for by yourself!
